1. Our commitment to the LGPD
Protecting your personal data is a priority for NAUTPLUS. We process data in compliance with Law No. 13,709/2018 (LGPD), guided by the principles of purpose, adequacy, necessity, transparency, security, prevention, and non-discrimination.
This page summarizes, in plain language, how we apply the LGPD and how you exercise your rights. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
2. Controller and processors
For data collected by the site and the waitlist, NAUTPLUS (NautPlus Tecnologia Náutica Ltda.) acts as controller, deciding on the purposes and means of processing. We engage processors (technology providers) that process data on our behalf and under our instructions, with contractual security and confidentiality obligations.
3. Legal bases we use
All processing relies on a legal basis under art. 7 of the LGPD. The main ones we use are:
- Consent — for the waitlist, marketing communications, and non-necessary cookies;
- Performance of a contract and preliminary procedures — to enable your access to the Platform;
- Compliance with a legal obligation — such as retaining access logs;
- Legitimate interest — for security, fraud prevention, and service improvement, always with an impact assessment and respect for your rights.
4. Your rights as a data subject
The LGPD guarantees you control over your data. You may request, at any time:
- confirmation that we process your data and access to it;
- correction of incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data;
- anonymization, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data;
- portability of the data to another provider;
- deletion of data processed on the basis of consent;
- information about the entities with which we share data;
- information about the possibility of not consenting and the consequences;
- withdrawal of consent at any time;
- review of decisions made solely on the basis of automated processing, where applicable;
- filing a complaint with the ANPD.
5. How to exercise your rights
Send your request to our Data Protection Officer (DPO) at dpo@nautplus.com.br, indicating the right you wish to exercise. This service is free of charge and we will respond as soon as possible. For simplified access requests, the LGPD provides for an immediate response; for others, we aim to respond within 15 days.
For security, we may request additional data to confirm your identity before fulfilling the request.
6. Data Protection Officer (DPO)
The DPO is the communication channel between you, NAUTPLUS, and the ANPD regarding data protection. Contact: dpo@nautplus.com.br.
7. Security incidents
We adopt measures to protect your data. If a security incident occurs that may create relevant risk or harm to data subjects, we will notify the ANPD and the affected data subjects within a reasonable period, informing the measures taken, under art. 48 of the LGPD.
8. National Data Protection Authority (ANPD)
If you believe your rights have not been upheld, you may file a complaint with the ANPD, the authority responsible for data protection in Brazil, through the official channels available at www.gov.br/anpd.
